1. About Us

Montages.com.au is operated by Foto First Phillip Island Pty Ltd, based in Australia. We provide AI-generated and custom-designed photo montages, with options to purchase prints and framed products.

2. Eligibility
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this website.
  • If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to upload photos, place an order, or enter any personal information.
  • By using this site, you confirm that you meet these requirements or have permission from a responsible adult.
3. Use of Uploaded Photos

By uploading images, you confirm that:

  • You own or have purchased the rights to use the images.
  • You have permission to use and reproduce any people or logos shown (e.g. race numbers, sponsors).
  • You grant us a limited license to use the images to create your montage and produce your selected products.

We will never use your uploaded images for marketing or any other public purpose without your explicit permission.

4. AI-Generated Designs

We use AI tools to auto-generate your montage design. While we aim to produce high-quality results, AI-generated previews are not guaranteed to be error-free and may require manual design adjustments.

Our design team may follow up to refine your layout before printing, based on your preferences.

5. Ordering and Payment
  • Prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Orders must be paid in full before print or delivery begins.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed on the checkout page.
6. Shipping & Delivery
  • We ship Australia-wide and may offer international shipping in future.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to location or postal service delays.
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
7. Refunds & Reprints

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

We will provide reprints or replacements if:

  • Your product arrives damaged
  • There is a production error on our part

To request a reprint, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, with a photo showing the issue.

8. Copyright & Intellectual Property
  • All montage designs created by montages.com.au remain the property of the business until sold.
  • You may not resell or reproduce the design or prints without permission.
  • Our logos, branding, website content, and montage layout tools are protected intellectual property.
9. Affiliate Program

If you join our affiliate program (e.g. as a photographer), separate affiliate terms apply. We reserve the right to approve or remove affiliate accounts at our discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or opportunity arising from use of the site or services

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the affected product or service.
